Corrective Action(s): Remove stagnant water, all organic debris under dish sink. Increase sanitation around noted areas to reduce fly issue.

Observation: Strutural concerns still remain - missing wall tiles by oven, cracked floor tiles under fryer and handwash station and ceiling hole above dish rack.
Corrective Action(s): Operator informed that contractor shall return in 1 month time after vacation to repair noted damages. Please contact me once all structural issues are resolved.
