- Three front standing refrigerator units hold below 4 degrees Celsius; display cooler and middle sliding door cooler in kitchen are used to store dry goods only
- Standing freezer holds -19 degrees Celsius
- Cleaning chemicals stored away from food preparation areas
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available for surface sanitizing and manual ware-washing
- No build up of food debris or grease throughout kitchen
- No signs of pest activity; recent professional pest control reports are congruent with observations
- Containers made of food grade materials only used to store foods
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory
