Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed that there was no bleach or Quat concentrate on the premises for sanitizing dishes in the three compartment sink. When this was discussed with operator, they said that they had ran out early this morning. Through further discussion, it was also determined that dishes were being cleaned but not sanitized throughout the day.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all dishware is being cleaned and then sanitized. Operator purchased bleach at time of inspection.
