Comments

Reviewed sanitizing procedures with staff. Bleach solution is primary sanitizer used in third sink. However, the main quats dispenser feed is used due to the short faucet length on fixture. It appears there is no quats discharging in solution, but it is recommended the quats concentrate feed line be disconnected to ensure quats does not interact with bleach in solution as it is hazardous for these two chemicals to mix.
**Bleach solution measured in sink at time of inspection was 100 -200 ppm. Good. It was noted that staff take bleach solution directly from sink and use it for surface sanitizing in dining area. This is a good idea.
Also it was noted the quats dispenser at the mop sink was functional and outgoing solution measured approximately 200 ppm. This could be used for hard surface sanitizing in the dining area.
