Display cooler in front area serviced. No ice buildup observed on cooling unit. Ambient air temperature at 4 degrees C.
Yogurt container in ice bath adequately submerged. Yogurt kept at or below 4 degrees C.
200ppm quats available for use in container. Reminder to store all wiping cloths in this solution when not in use.

Reminder to change gloves frequently. The use of gloves does not mean hand washing is not required.
