No signs of pest activity -High temp dishwasher achieved 74.9C at plate level after final rinse -Coolers <4C, freezers <-18C -Sanitizer available, prepared in spray bottle @200ppm chlorine Handsink stocked with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel *Permit fee: $250 provided documentation to operator on how to pay the permit fee
