Observation: 1. raw chicken in bowls stored in domestic fridge stored uncovered and above ready to eat veggies.
2. Bubble tea utensils and rice scooper stored in room temp water
3. No plastic cover over lights in back kitchen area light.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Store raw / bloody meats below or separate from ready to eat foods (veggies) - reorganize foods. Cover all foods and protect from contamination.
2. All utensils if stored in room temp water must be changed every 2 hours to prevent pathogen growth in the water. Ideally stored in ice bath under 4 C to prevent growth.
3. All lights must be covered to protect food from physical contamination if glass were to break. Replace plastic cover over lights.
