304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: There are new mice droppings in the same areas where it had been cleaned up from previous inspection. Pest activities is still occurring inside the premises.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to clean and sanitize areas where droppings are found. Monitor these areas and create check list. Include observations and comments (i.e. cleaned and sanitized and when new droppings are seen). Work with your new pest control company to find measures to eliminate pests inside the premises.

Observation: Temporary weather strips have been installed in all doors that have areas for entry of pests until a more permanent (metal strips) can be installed since last inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Install proper fitting weather stripping in all doors and entry ways. Have new pest control company to assess the premises and follow their recommendations.

Comments

Areas where droppings were found had been cleaned and sanitized; however, some new droppings were identified in some areas where they have already been cleaned up. Continue to monitor these areas and clean/sanitize as necessary to identify activities.
New pest control company to start its services on March 3, 2023.
Provide a copy of the report/assessment.
Correction order still in effect. Next follow-up to be conducted next week.
No contaminated food or food contact surfaces found at time of inspection.
Continue to keep items off the floor for ease of cleaning and monitoring.
