Quats solution in sinks low (150 ppm). measured from source 200 ppm and in spray bottle at 200 ppm. Ensure sink water is regularly changed to ensure sanitizer effectiveness.
- Cooling temps. good (less than 4 C)

- Handwashing facilities good and stocked.
