Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Wet wiping clothes left on the counter. 2) Meat slicer appears to have some food debris still. Slicer was used last week.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Keep wet wiping clothes soaked in 100ppm bleach sanitizer. 2) Take apart the slicer, clean and sanitize the slicer properly.

Corrective Action(s): Please remove loaded glueboard, replace with a new one. Clean the back area and do not store paper products (cardboards, papers) as it attracts silverfish. Remove any water spillage as well.

Observation: Food debris noted on the shelves of reach in refrigerators, and kitchen floors. Heavy grease and dust accumulated on kitchen exhuast hood.
Corrective Action(s): Please do a deep clean of the kitchen, all floors, counters and equipment.
