Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen staff member was observed washing a knife with hand soap and putting the knife away - no sanitizing step carried out.
Corrective Action(s): All equipment must be properly washed and sanitized prior to storage. Knife was properly sanitized at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Raw fish was stored above sweets.
2) Drain flies were found on fried foods.
Corrective Action(s): 1) All raw foods must be stored below and separately from ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination of foods. Fish was relocated at the time of inspection.
2) Facility must be kept free of pests and foods must be protected from potential contamination from flies. Fried items were discarded at the time of inspection.

Observation: Pest control services have not treated facility for black flies.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately contact pest control services to eliminate flies in the facility.

Observation: Front display cooler was at 6C. Technician has not been in to service cooler unit.
Corrective Action(s): Cooler unit must be serviced and be able to maintain 4C or less at all times. Potentially hazardous foods were relocated to a functioning cooler unit.
