Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer buckets do not have sanitizer in them as indicated by chemical test strips.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer buckets have at least 100 ppm of chlorine at all times during operation for disinfecting tables and food contact surfaces

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Delivery supply observed left out in back alley for too long (1 hour). Boxes of maple leaf measured at 1C.
2. Prepared hot soup in covered lids were left in back rear entrance to be cooled. Measured temperature at 76C.
3. Plates of hot and sour black fungus soup ingredients being double stacked in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not leave delivery supplies in back alley for long periods of time. Bring the inventory into the premise with adequate colding holding right away.
2. Do not cool prepared or hot foods in the back alley in closed containers. Properly cool hot foods and prep foods according to your food safety plan.
3. Do not double stack food products. Ensure food products are stored in food grade containers with proper lids and covers.

Observation: Rodent nesting observed in storage areas and bubble tea station along the corner walls.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean and sanitize these areas regularly and monitor and prevent pest with a licensed pest control company. Correction required in 2 days.

Observation: Old food debris, dust, grease and/or mould were observed around the walls of walk in coolers, freezers, stoves, fans of walk in coolers and ceiling.
