Dishwasher repaired. sanitizing at residual 100 ppm chlorine - good walk-in cooler repaired, ambient temperature measured 4C - good rodent droppings removed from most areas. further attention and routine cleaning is required. follow all pest control service recommendations. handsink accessible at the time of inspection - good discussed removal of excess equipment and junk in the basement. Operator to work with landlord to have all unnecessary equipment and items removed by Dec 31, 2018.
