Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-CJHVSP:

> Low temperature dishwasher has been serviced - now able to dispense 50ppm chlorine upon final rinse.
> Recommend to run the dishwasher at least 5 times while empty before starting dishwashing - this ensures that the sanitizer is properly primed to achieve the correct chlorine concentration on the first load.
> Reminder to use chemical test strips available on site to verify the concentration of sanitizer residual at the start of each shift.
