-Follow-up inspection to October 29, 2018. -Facility has kept the current pest control operator and facility has been serviced on November 1, 5, 14, and 20 since the last inspection. Facility is on a weekly service frequency for the time being. -Facility is currently serviced for rodents, cockroaches, and flies (both inside the facility and in the ceiling). Reports indicate decreasing activity. -Cockroaches and rodent droppings were still being observed on glue monitoring stations. Ensure facility is inspected daily and all areas affected by droppings are cleaned and sanitized. -Prior to starting food preparation each morning, ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized. -Fly activity has decreased significantly. -Foods are now being stored inside plastic containers. Ensure containers form a tight seal and prevent potential access to food. -Follow all recommendations of pest control operator to prevent further infestation. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
