Routine check.
Coolers (walk in, reach in, prep/display with inserts, and milk/pop cooler) - are all at 40F (4C) or colder - good.
Hot holding (soup, meatballs) is >140F (60C) - good.
Reviewed reheating - reheating to 165F (74C) prior to hot holding - good (temperature records available).
Freezer - walk in <-18C.
Food is labeled and dated in walk in cooler. First in First out food rotation.
Temperature records are being kept for coolers and hot food - good.
Food safety plans - corporate with temperature requirements on temperature record sheets.
Food Safe training - Manager on site has a valid certificate for Food Safe equivalent course (expiry date 2028) - good.
Staff on site also have Food Safe equivalent training - good!
Hand washing - liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers at hand sink.
Hot water supply - ok (3pm inspection).
Triple sink - quats sanitizer is automatically dispensed at 200ppm. Test strips available - good.
Knives used at front prep counter - appear clean - good.
Knives to be cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours if they are used continuously (Fraser Health) OR follow approved corporate sanitation plan - provide information to EHO.
Cleaning and organizing - good!
