Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Walk-in freezer below required temperature of -18'C.
NOTE: Small reach in freezers at front had ambient air temperatures measured in the range between -6'C - -10'C.
-Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. Ensure all inserts are properly in the warmer to help maintain temperature.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-200ppm Quats solution available in a labelled spray bottle and in 3 compartment sink. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. Traps in place.
-Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visits. Recent reports kept on site.
-Floor/pop drains treated by during the pest control inspections.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility is good sanitary condition.
