Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Prep area handwashing sink blocked by dishwasher grey flatware rack. Handwash sinks must always be accessible to staff for handwashing.

Observation: 1. ice machine: scoop and container for scoop stored in ice. Scoop should be stored outside of ice machine and cleaned regularly.
**Corrected during inspection** Staff removed scoop and container from ice machine.

2. ingredient containers: single use bowls used as scoops and stored in containers (e.g. sugar). Scoops should have handles to prevent staff from contacting the ingredient. Scoops should be stored outside of food container to prevent handles from contacting food, and prevent staff from needing to reach into the food to remove scoop.
