Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution available at time of inspection. Wet wiping cloths were found sitting on the counter tops.
Corrective Action(s): Mix a bleach solution of 100 ppm. Store all wiping cloths in sanitizing solution when not in use. Also, provide a spray bottle containing sanitizer for wiping dining room tables.

Observation: Light above the cooking area is not on ceiling properly. Fridge in the kitchen area wobbles when being opened.
Corrective Action(s): Secure the light fixture above the cooking area and also the fridge on the floor so that it does not wobble.

Comments

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Fridge coolers were maintaining 4 deg C or colder.
Freezers were at -18 deg C or colder.
Hot holding for soup and chilli was above 60 deg C.
Muffins and pastries were wrapped individually with plastic wrap.
Chips and pepperoni also available.
Simple menu - soup & sandwiches, grilled cheese, ham sandwich, hot dog, burger with potato salad and breakfast.
Minimal food products stored in the premises.
No sign of pests noted at time of visit. Pest control monitoring in place.
Bleach solution made up at time of visit measured 100 ppm. Provide test strip.
Ensure that temperature log is available and up to date. Keep a binder on-site for nutritional labels (trans fat info, temp records, etc.).
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Health permit delivered at time of visit.
