Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Condiment bottles in the two door fridge, and inserts of food in the single door fridge have mould growing on them
Corrective Action(s): Food discarded. Ensure fridge is kept cleaning and sanitary to ensure mould does not grow inside the fridge

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher at 0ppm Chlorine. Staff are also filling out the sanitizer log sheet saying that it is at 12.5ppm Iodine when it has never been an iodine machine nor do they have test strips for iodine including an entry for today.
Corrective Action(s): Glasswasher was out of chlorine sanitizer, it was refilled and tested at 50ppm Chlorine. Fill out log sheet accurately don't falsily the log sheet.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ensure staff are washing their hands correctly and at the appropriate times. Observed staff not washing hands when moving between tasks (raw hamburger to dishwashing) and staff spraying hands not using soap and water
Corrective Action(s): Hands must be washed when moving between tasks such as processing raw hamburger to dishwashing. Hands also must be washed in the hand sink with soap and warm water.

Observation: 1) Mould growth on the shelves and fan in the two door cooler and singe door cooler
2) Ready to eat items are being stored below raw meat
Corrective Action(s): 1) Thoroughly clean and sanitize the coolers, add this to your sanitation plan to ensure it doesn't happen again.
2) Raw meat must be stored below ready to eat items to prevent contamination

Observation: Extensive cleaning required in the following locations:
1) The entire floor under and in front of the cookline
2) The wall behind the cookline
3) The entire vent hood and grease track. it must be professionally done as it was due Aug 2017
4) The inside of all fridges and freezers, including fans and shelves
5) Ceiling around all light fixtures and vents significant dust accumulation
6) Entire floor as it is very sticky
