Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations (bar/kitchen) adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; Hot-holding temperatures within requirement.
-Good food storage practice observed.
-100-200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottle- one in kitchen/one at the bar. Ensure to label the third bottle as "bleach" and blue bottle as "cleaner".
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 75.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Scoop stored in proper manner.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-No evidence of pest activity observed. Washrooms satisfactory.

Facility maintained in a good sanitary condition.

NOTE: Frozen meat taken out from freezer during inspection for thawing. Staff was advised to place the meat under cold running water for proper thawing at this time. Ensure to thaw frozen food under cold running water or by placing in cooler 1-2 day(s) in advance.
NOTE: Handle of walk-in cooler requires attention.
NOTE: Various food items (i.e. tempura/cut veggies/crab meat) placed at room temperature for lunch rush. Ensure all are used within 2 hours and any leftovers must be discarded.
