Food Handler Hygiene
-Hand wash stations are fully supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers
-Operators had clean clothing for food preparation
-Staff and Public washrooms appear clean and are fully supplied for hand hygiene
-Men's washroom soap dispensers were refilled during the inspection, thank you. Be sure to monitor going forward.

Food Safety
-Food in cold holding Coolers are below 4C
-Food in cold holding Freezers are below -18C
-Hot holding food items are at or above 60C
-Approved Food Source - food ingredients are from an approved source
-Food is stored in covered containers; food storage is organized in coolers to prevent contamination - great job
-Raw meats are stored on the bottom below ready to eat food items in each cooler, including drawers in grill line.

Maintenance and Sanitation
-2 Compartment Sink is fully supplied with dish detergent for dishwashing, flow evident from dirty to clean dishes
-Dishwasher - Final rinse temperature is >71C at the plate surface (71.0C measured)
-Sanitizer bottles - have greater than 200ppm Quats (600ppm Quats)
-Operator sprays onto cloths and then wipes food counters
-Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
-Condition of equipment and surfaces - food contact surfaces and equipment are in good repair and clean condition
-Some fruit flies around bar drinks dumping station and garbage, not around food items or clean dishes - operator cleaned and sanitized the area during the inspection, thank you. Continue to monitor the area and clean/sanitize more frequently.
-No other signs of pests at the time of inspection
