Observation: Blenders are only rinsed out between each use, 4 step manual washing is not being done regularly.
Corrective Action(s): Must manually wash all equipment after use or every 4 hours if in continual use (i.e. blenders). Follow the 4 steps:
1. Wash with soap
2. Rinse with water
3. Soak in 100 - 200 ppm chlorine for 2 mins
4. Air dry
Purchase extra equipment (i.e. blenders) if unable to properly air dry between uses due to volume of use.
