Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk in cooler did not have a working thermometer at the time of inspection. Operator obtained a thermometer and placed it into the walk in cooler during the inspection.

- Ice machine and ice scoop maintained in a sanitary manner

- All time stamped food products were within their expiry period
- No sign of pests
