Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk in cooler did not have a working thermometer at the time of inspection. Operator obtained a thermometer and placed it into the walk in cooler during the inspection.

- Sanitizer pail has time stamp and is supplied with 100 ppm chlorine
- Ice machine and ice scoop maintained in a sanitary manner
- Food stored at least 6 inches from floor
- Cut vegetables have time stamps
- All time stamped food products were within their expiry period
- No sign of pests
- Staff on site FoodSafe Level 1 certified
