Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed multiple food items stored overnight in cooler at temps exceeding 4 degrees Celsius (~15 Celsius at time of inspection)
Corrective Action(s): Staff instructed to discard all potentially hazardous (ie. perishable) food items stored in this cooler unit for over 2 hrs. Foods placed in inserts at top of cooler this morning were transferred to alternate coolers at time of inspection.
*Do not use this cooler to store potentially hazardous foods until it is inspected and repaired by a technician.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low-temp chlorine dishwasher was not providing adequate sanitizer residual at time of inspection (santizer supply was empty). Santizer supply was restored by connecting a new sanitizer pail.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to monitor chemical supplies for dishwasher and replace as the chemicals get low in the supply pails.
