- Follow-up to inspection conducted on October 16, 2023. - Hot water faucet handle at the front hand sink has been repaired. Hand sink is now properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. **Sprayer faucet at back two-compartment sink (also used for hand washing) still needs to be addressed. Three weeks will be given for management to source a new faucet that allows for easy, hands-free washing of both hands at the same time. Once the new faucet has been obtained, management must contact the health inspector and provide a date for the completion of the installation. If no response is received from management within three weeks (November 7, 2023), enforcement action will be taken.
