Re-opening inspection; Routine inspection

**Renovation completed according to the approved plan. Health approval granted to operate.**

New cabinet facing in the kitchen and dining area. New table for hot holding unit. New granite counter top next to soft drink dispenser. New seating arrangement in dining area. Floor tiles in dining cleaned. Walls painted throughout the facility. New ceiling tiles installed.

- Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- Food in coolers are at 4C(40F) or colder. Food in walk in freezer is at or below -18C. Temperature monitoring log kept on-site. Temperatures are to be measured and recorded twice daily.
- Hot holding unit not at operation at the time of inspection. Please ensure Hot holding keep food at or above 60C (140F). Thermometer provided. Ensure to calibrate for accuracy.
- First In First Out is followed. Cooked food, ready to eat food is to be stored above raw food.
- Utensil holder installed by the grill. Water is to be changed every 2 hours or as needed.
- Food is stored off the floor and on shelves. Dry storage organized and well maintained.

General sanitation
- Floors are clean and well maintained. Walls and wooden shelves sealed and easily cleanable. Facility is well lit.
- Three-compartment sink maintained. Sanitizer dispenser working properly. QUAT sanitizer measured @ 200-400 ppm concentration. Good!
- Mop sink maintained.
- Customer washrooms are well maintained. Employee's washroom fully equipped and clean.
- Back splashes and walls in the kitchen are clean and free of grease at the time of this inspection.
- No obvious sign of pest at this date. A new door sweep was installed recently under the back door.
