- 2 door cooler has been replaced with a new 2 door cooler. Temperature was 3C. Temperature of coolers and freezer are monitored twice daily at open and close. Temperature monitoring sheet is now posted on freezer. - Cleaning of floor in hard to reach areas has been initiated and has been partially completed. Assistant Manager reported she is continuing with this process. Pending violation which needs to be addressed: - Code 101 - Refer to routine inspection report from 10-Aug-2021 (JCRH-C5RUJ) for observations and corrective action required. Date to completed by has been extended to 25-Aug-2021. Copy of approved layout plan (from 2007) provided to Assistant Manager as a reference if needed. Note: Signature of recipient not required due to Covid19 safety protocols. Copy of report provided to Assistant Manager.
