304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Rodent droppings are noted throughtout the whole facility (under bar upstairs; floor under preparation tables in kitchen; on shelves across by cooking line; behind sliding cooler in kitchen; floor in storage area on the main floor; floor under dishwashing area; floor in basement storage area). Pest control company visits once a month.
Corrective Action(s): Increase pest control company visit to twice a month until problem is under control. Remove all droppings and sanitize areas.

Observation: Many harbourage areas are noted throughout facility. For example, missing baseboards in basement, holes on ceiling, holes on walls, missing wall from pulling old equipment, etc. Also, windows in dining area upstairs are open, without screens.
Corrective Action(s): Harbourage areas must be eliminated to prevent harbourage areas for pests.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: The seal on the 2-door sliding cooler (in kitchen) is not functioning properly, leaving a gap on the top left section and having cold air come out.
Corrective Action(s): Replace with new seal so that cold air in cooler can be contained inside.
