Dishwasher has been repaired - it is able to complete the rinse cycle without a manual hold. However, the rinse cycle still needs to be manually initiated by staff. This is better, however is still a temporary measure. Operator stated the new dishwasher is still in the process of being built.
Dishwasher tested at 78.4C at the plates surface during the rinse cycle.
Staff are testing the dishwasher daily with a probe thermometer & recording the rinse cycle temperature.
