-Ensure that quats test strips are purchased for monitoring the sanitizer concentration in the 3-compartment sinks. Pizza at the front is on a timer. All coolers were < 4 C. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Temperature records up to date. No evidence of pests. Pest control report available for review on site. General sanitation was satisfactory.
