=Walk-in cooler (4C), prep cooler (3C), and mini pepsi cooler (4C) measured < 4C, walk-in freezer measured -20C
=Pizzas are time tracked with an expiry time 90 minutes after coming out of oven.
=3 compartment sink available, operator able to demonstrate manual warewashing method
=Wiping cloths stored in QUATS sanitizer solution at 200 ppm QUATS and available in spray bottles=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection. =Push slicer maintained in a sanitary manner
