Note: Please refill the liquid soap dispenser near the sink, which located front of the walk-in cooler.
- Prep. sink - satisfactory.
- Walk in cooler at 4.0 C.
- Prep cooler at 3.6 C.
- Sliding glass door cooler: 2.8 C.
- Upright glass door freezer - satisfactory.
- Chest freezers (kitchen) - satisfactory.
- Front sweets display cooler (new) at 4.0 C.
- Small top cooler at 4.0 C.
- Beverage (front) cooler at 4.0 C.
- Thermometers for cold units - available.
- Food stored off the floor, covered, and organized.
