Routine Inspection - Hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels - All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree C - White front area freezer ambient air temperature at -14.8 As per manager and temperature records freezer does maintain temperature at or below -18 degree C. Ensure the scoop are stored in the food products with handles facing up and not touching the food product. - temperature logs in place - 200 ppm quats sanitizer available - 3 compartment sink set up at the time of inspection - Dipper well running - Foodsafe level 1 trained employee on duty - Operating permit posted - No pest activity noted
