Chest freezers - satisfactory.

Storage - satisfactory; however, ensure that all food is covered in the walk-in cooler such as pizza sauce and shredded cheese.
Counter top pizza hot holding unit > 60 C.
3 compartment sink in back room - satisfactory (with bleach available to sanitize).
No signs of pests at time of inspection.
Staff washroom supplied with cold/hot running water; liquid soap and paper towel; clean.
