Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # LQUN-C79SY4 of Sep-27-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: There is food debris and grease accumulated on racks, shelves in the dry storage room, equipment, the undersides of sinks and tables, and on the exterior surfaces of food containers. This will attract pests. Correction: A thorough cleaning of the mentioned areas is required. Use hot water, soap, and a scrub brush to remove all the food and grease. **Correction date: Oct. 4/21**

A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - General sanitation level has improved. All surfaces, walls, equipment and ceiling have been cleaned. - Premises has been treated twice by a professional pest company for flies. Fly strips in use, along with traps. The fly population has decreased significantly. Keep following the recommendations made by the pest technician. Keep up the sanitation levels. - Discussed the results of the inspection with staff, no signature obtained due to the pandemic.
