Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No surface sanitizer available at the time of the inspection. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): The operator prepared surface sanitizer at 100ppm bleach solution in white bucket with presoaked wiping cloths. Ensure to have surface sanitizer at ALL times of properly sanitize food contact surfaces.

- Undercounter stainless steel cooler in the front

- General sanitation is good.
- Front/back handwashing stations supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Upright black freezer in the back of the cafe = -17C
- Upright stainless cooler in the back of the cafe = 4C
- Display cooler in the front = 4C
- Undercounter stainless cooler in the front = 4C
- Undercounter stalinless freezer in the front = -18C
- Undercounter dairy cooler = 4C
- Missing daily temperature logs. Immediately begin daily temperature logs for ALL coolers and freezers.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 81C at the plate's surface after the final rinse cycle.
- Two compartment sink in the front for manual dishwashing.
Note: Two compartment sink in the back used only for rinsing food items (ie. tapioca pearls for beverages)
- Dry storage area needs better organization. All boxes and food items must be stored min 6inches (15cm) off the floor to facilitate cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Could not be verified. Please make copies of ALL FOODSAFE certificates and keep on site for review.
