Follow up to routine inspection paper report #253666 July 6, 2022. Corrections completed: Food storage is now better organized and only small amounts are in prep area and then placed in cooler at 4C or less within 2 hours. Sanitizer solution of 200 ppm chlorine was in use. General deep clean completed. Fumehood servicing completed. Back screen door is now repaired and no pests observed at the time of inspection. Floor tiles have been replaced near deep fryer. Good. Facility now in compliance. Ensure to maintain food premise in a sanitary manner. Education and resources provided on how to incorporate best practices to operation.
