Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS:
1) bean sprouts and meat stored in bowls above the prep cooler unit. Temperatures of 11-14 degrees observed. Ambient air temperature found to be at 25 degrees Celsius - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Items moved to walk in cooler unit
2) Food stored on top of pots on grill next to deep frying unit. Temperatures of 45 degrees observed - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Items placed in walk in cooler unit

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lack of sanitizer solution in back kitchen. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Sanitizer solution MUST be made daily and changed throughout the day. Sanitizer solution must be available in the back kitchen and not just the front kitchen area.
