Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # RHEN-CWKT3A of Oct-13-2023 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: Upright cooler measured at 6 to 9 C. Mostly just dairy products. Both temperature gauges used inaccurate. Correction: Make sure cooler is serviced such that it gets to 4 C or less. Follow up with pic of temperature gauge showing proper temperature. Follow up will be on inspection date noted on report

cooling unit in question fixed and keeping temp. around 1 to 2 C. Operator has improved labelling and dosing system for spray sanitizing. Good. No other issues.
