- Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory <4 oC and < -18 joC
-Temp all hot holding units >200 ppm
-Quats sanitizer level in third sink and buckets are 200ppm
-Good personal hygiene noted by staff (hair control, disposable gloves and changing frequently...)
-Temp log sheet is on site and up to date
-Quats test strip is provided

** Ensure to continue sanitize all dining table and chairs after each customer
** provide a self closing device for staff washroom

** Discussed keeping copies of Food borne illness reports on site.
