Note: Ensure that the metal container around the deep fryer is changed before grease starts to accumulate.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
The 3-compartment sink and the front bar sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests at the time of the inspection.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
