Observation: - Significant amount of mouse droppings noted on floor under cabinet where steam table is located.
Corrective Action(s): - Clean up all droppings and disinfect area [Corrected during inspecton]
- Continue to monitor this area daily, cleaning up any additional droppings immediately if noted.
- Maintain a high level of sanitation and keep floor clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring
- Store all dry goods in pest proof containers.
- Maintain contract for pest control services and follow all instructions of Pest Control Technician regarding cleaning and removing/blocking any entrance points.

Pest control contract in place with monthly service. Most recent service report (13-Nov-2019) was viewed at time of the inspection. Report indicated activity in the ceiling and that traps had been set. Frequency of service may need to be increased to twice monthly if activity does not decrease.

- Handsinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):
- Walk-in cooler 3C
- Countertop display cooler 4C
- Single glass door cooler (beverage) 4C
(Whistler water cooler used for storage only)
- Food in walk-in cooler stored in a manner to prevent contamination; wrapped/covered, raw meat stored away from/beneath ready to eat items.
- Freezers were maintaining product in a frozen state.
- Chest freezer -12C
- 2 door reach in freezer -18C
- Kenmore upright freezer -12C
- Hot holding units were maintaining potentially hazardous foods at acceptable temperatures (60C or above)
- Rice in rice cooker 67C
- Foods in steam table 63C - 79C
- Surface sanitizer (bleach solution) present in bucket with wiping cloths. Concentration measured 200ppm chlorine.
- Manual warewashing in place. Staff knowledgeable about manual warewashing procedures. Sanitizer solution present in 3rd sink. Concentration measured 100-200ppm chlorine
- Staff on duty reported that she has completed Foodsafe level 1. Certificate not present/available on-site. Certification to be verified on database.
