Food utensils and dishware (steel prep. bowls, strainer baskets, vegetable peelers, knives, tongs) - clean and stored in a sanitary manner. New rice warmer provided. Required cleaning of kitchen, dry storage and bar areas completed. Cooler unit interiors cleaned. Closure order complied with and now rescinded, premise may re-open. Note: revised food safety plan to be translated and retained on the premise.
