Observation: According to sushi chef, the hand sink in the sushi bar is not being used for hand washing,
Correction: Food handler working at the sushi bar must wash their hands using liquid sop at the hand sink wthin the sushi area. Ensure to provide a barrier between hand sink and the cutting board used for sushi preparation. Alternately, ensure to provide some gap between hand sink and sushi preparation table ( Immediately)

* Liquid soap and paper towels now available at the sushi area hand sink. A plexiglass barrier has been provided between
the hand sink and sushi preparation counter. Good.
Walk-in cooler now 4 degrees C.
Sushi Bar < 4 C.
Hand sink in the kitchen is now accessible.
All food items from the hallway leading to the washrooms have been removed.
Wash room doors are now equipped with spring loaded self closing devices.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
