Corrective Action(s): Set up the manual dishwashing at the 2 compartment sink with 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer. Staff may wash and rinse with the dishwasher but must sanitize manually.

Corrective Action(s): Operator serviced the dishwasher at the time. Bleach sanitizer measured at 100 ppm at plate level.

- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. Ensure staff wash their hands at the kitchen area before serving food to customers.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in buckets.
- Deli slicer maintained at sanitary condition.
- Food products stored off the ground.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
