Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No liquid soap available at hand sink located in front area (located on right side as viewed from customer area).
Corrective Action(s): Liquid hand soap was provided at the time of inspection. Liquid soap pump was placed on the counter in the interim until soap dispenser is functional. Note: Soap pump still functional. Ensure hand sinks are always supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper hand washing.
