The following violations have been corrected: - Cabinet under handsink has been cleaned and all items have been removed to facilitate monitoring for any pest (rodent) activity - Hole/gap around the pipe has been filled to prevent pest (rodent) entry. - Floor under pop syrup shelving cleaned. No additional rodent droppings noted. Continue to monitor for any further evidence of pest activity and notify pest control company if any pest activity noted. The following violations from routine inspection 03-Aug-2021 are pending and still need to be addressed. - Code 308 2 door cooler still requires repair. Staff member on duty reported technician was on-site and a part is on order. Cooler is not in use pending repair. Email undersigned to confirm once part received and repair has been completed. - Code 502 No staff on duty have completed Foodsafe level 1. Per previous report, ensure this is addressed 30-Sept-2021.
