2. Metal scoop used for dry food was stored in a container of flour with the handle part in contact with the flour.

2. Scoop for dry food must be positioned that the handle part does not in contact with the food. Correct by: today.

Observation: One stand-up freezer and sandwich cooler were not working properly and operator stated technician was in the process of servicing them. No food was stored inside at the time.
Corrective Action(s): Fix / service aforementioned cooler and freezer to ensure an ambient air temperature of: 4C or less for the cooler & -18C or less for the freezer can be maintained. Correct by: Apr 3, 2023.
