Observation: Several mouse droppings observed in storage area above restaurant/kitchen area. This area appears to be primarily used for storage of items that are no longer used and for some non-food contact boxes. A more thorough inspection of area was not done due to accessibility concerns. Pest control company comes in for a service every two weeks and no captures were noted inside on last report.
Corrective Action(s): Go through items in this area, removing anything that is not used/needed for operation. Clean up mouse droppings and nesting materials (if found) and have pest control company set up traps upstairs (if none up there already).
